Careers Club is a free, drop-in space for FLINTA and the wider queer community to get real support with the work stuff nobody really teaches you: CVs, job applications, navigating the workplace as a minority, figuring out your next move. Bring whatever you're working on, or just come with questions.

Sessions are small and intentional, with a short bit of structure to get you started. This is NOT networking, this is NOT a place to prove yourself, this is a calm, easy space where we work together to get us all past the next post!

We'll be upstairs at Damsel with some materials for guidance, and friendly faces to chat things through - because career stuff is vulnerable, and you deserve a room that actually feels safe.

Astrid has spent nearly a decade working at the intersection of people, place, and inclusion across Employee Experience, LGBTQ+ networks, and Workplace Design. She's passionate about grassroots support and believes that not everyone has the same access to mentors, professional feedback, or someone to simply check over their work. Careers Club is her way of helping to change that.
